Man Cave Ideas Part 1
On our various internet based travels, we often stumble across man cave ideas which the world need to know about. Whether it’s a gadget, decorative item or alcoholic beverage, the ongoing Man Cave Ideas series is a collation of these discoveries for your reading (and buying) pleasure. Each post will have our 5 favorite finds, and of course feel free to add you’re awesome ideas in the comments or through the contact form.
If you are an avid Man Cave fan then you no doubt have plenty of empty kegs kicking around and taking up space. Well now you can actually put them to good use, by turning them into Keg Bar Stools!
They look awesome right? But you’re probably wondering how you actually make them. Thankfully there are kits readily available that make this conversion a simple process, however they are hard to hunt down. They use to be available on Amazon, but for unknown reasons the supplier is no longer selling them. Once in a while they pop up on eBay, which is probably your best pet. You could set up some Google Alerts to monitor the whole interwebz for any mention of Keg Stools or Keg Bar Stools if you are a really eager beaver.
You may need keep this idea on the downlow unless you want a barrage of ear ache from the wife. Have you ever thought about installing a strip pole in your Man Cave? You probably have.
With one of these bad boys you will impress all your friends and everyone will want to come to yours for a shindig or stag do warm up. Unfortunately a stripper isn’t usually provided.
If your stumped for Man Cave Decor ideas and have oodles of cash, why not get a sick looking car and casually park it in the middle? Will.I.Am apparently parks his McLaren inside, and we certainly agree it’s definitely something to oggle at.
Word of warning, if you do decide to use a car as your Man Cave centerpiece, make sure the keys are hidden away. We don’t want any beer fueled accidents now do we? By the way, if you like cars check our friend Tim’s car blog !
Walk in beer fridge
For the man who has everything, we present to you The Brew Cave:Walk in Kegerator & Beer Storage. The king of the beer coolers, Chuck Norris’s fridge, the epitome of cool (literally!) and probably the best Man Cave idea we have ever seen. For a mere $8,000 you can own one of these bad boys, which can store 30 cases of beer, and a maximum of 8 kegs with a bit of persuasion.
On the front of the Brew Cave is a modular fridge tap that can be hooked up to a keg inside, allowing for a constant flow of the glorious nectar we all know and love. With 4″ of high quality rigid extruded polystyrene, it’s sure to keep it’s valuable contents nice and cool, and is protected by a lockable heat reflected glass door. The best part is that they ship it to you in modular form, meaning its a piece of cake to put together where ever you see fit and leaving you no reason to not buy this thing.
This thing of beauty can be ordered directly from Brew Cave, just make sure to hide the card statements from your significant other. Of course, if you can’t afford the Brew Cave then check out our guide to beer fridges.
If you’re really stumped for Man Cave decoration ideas then you could take a leaf out of Charleston Heston’s book and ram it full of weaponry.
A seriously impressive collection.
You can read more about Mr. Heston’s gun Man Cave in the first installment of our Monday Man Cave.
We hope this post has filled you with inspiration, and if you have any awesome Man Cave Ideas of your own then get involved in the comments.
